This week we gathered all-hands once again for our quarterly sit-down to re-connect and re-energize, and what a joy it was. Office staff, local technicians, remote technicians and our outreach team were all in the same room to share our experiences and lessons from the prior quarter and to celebrate our successes and milestones. Heart-felt stories of touching encounters with our customers seem to be the dominant theme as our technicians shared experiences of our customers being moved to tears in appreciation of our services. It was a great reminder of how lucky we are to do the gratifying work that we do and what a unique group of caring and capable individuals we have the pleasure of working with!
