Healthy Aging Association is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help older Americans live longer, healthier, more independent lives by promoting increased physical activity, and sound health, and nutrition practices.
Healthy Aging Association in collaboration with the Stanislaus County Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and Home Safety Services provide qualifying individuals 60 and older with in-home environment assessments, fall prevention education, and injury prevention accessories through the Dignity at Home Aging in Place Fall Prevention Program. This program has helped many older adults throughout Stanislaus County remain independent and safe in their homes.
