I LOVE THESE PEOPLE! I reached out last year for grab bars and Carlos reviewed the house, made some safety suggestions, and measured for stair lifts. Well, it is almost a year later, and I found I REALLY needed a stair lift ASAP. I spoke with David on Monday, and since they already had measurements, and had the chair in stock, Janice managed to get installation scheduled just two days later.
Noe and Mike were very professional, explaining what was needed, and went right to work. They were done in just a couple of hours. And Noe explained everything about the chair and how to use it.
I can’t even say how delighted I am with everything about and everyone at Home Safety Services. I cannot thank them enough for their quick response and skills. Thank you all!
