Large accessibility installations don’t succeed by chance—they’re the result of planning, teamwork, and a shared commitment to doing things right. Our recent multi-location ramp installation for an ADU is a perfect example of how coordination, craftsmanship, and respect for the home come together to create a seamless outcome.
This project involved three separate ramp locations, each with unique measurements and challenges. To ensure efficiency and safety, our field team worked in clearly defined roles. Carlos and Ryan handled loading and unloading the ramp components, keeping materials moving smoothly, while Enrique and Nick focused on the technical ramp installation itself—bringing the experience and precision required for a large-scale setup.
Behind the scenes, none of this would have been possible without our office team. Tracey and Luda expertly scheduled and coordinated the installation, ensuring the right people, materials, and timelines aligned for a smooth execution from start to finish.
A key element of this install was protecting the homeowner’s limestone surfaces, particularly around the pool deck. Limestone requires special care, and our team took extra precautions—bringing additional blankets and towels to place beneath materials and ensuring that nothing was dragged across the limestone pool deck at any point. Every movement was intentional, reinforcing our commitment to protecting the home while improving accessibility.
The installation included:
Pool deck to in-law unit: a 4’ x 5’ platform, two 8’ ramps, and one 3’ ramp
Pool deck stairs: one 4’ ramp and two 8’ ramps
Backyard to driveway stairs: one 7’ ramp and one 10’ ramp
Despite the size and complexity of the project, the team worked efficiently and cohesively, completing the installation with precision and care. This project reflects what we do best—combining expertise, teamwork, and respect for every home we work in.
At the end of the day, accessibility isn’t just about ramps—it’s about trust, craftsmanship, and a team that treats every detail as if it were their own home.
